Eng. Hassan Mostafa is the founder and CEO of EMAAR EXPERTS’ engineering consultant, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Associate Value Specialist (AVS® Value -Eng.), Value Methodology Associate (VMA), Master Sc., and Bachelor B. Sc. of Architectural Engineering. With over 20 years’ experience in consultancy services, management, and construction, he has managed multiple large-scale projects, large teams of direct reports, or cross-functional teams with maturity and professionalism. Successfully completed many mega projects, including hospitals, healthcare, medical academics, offices, commercials, hotels, high-rise towers, and residential buildings, had values of billions of dollars.
That was achieved through working on various projects such as design, design development, site supervision, construction, and project management via implementing relevant codes and standards of NFPA, IBC, ASTM, OSHA, etc., with a track record of hands-on managerial and technical aspects and meeting project goals while every project has its own unique needs and objectives.
